me and softlens

since first grade in elementary school I was convicted (waaau) to wear glasses,
actually I have eyes defect called myopi, I can't see many objects if it's too far
I was so embarassed to wear glasses in my class >.<
it's like I am a really bookworm, or I watched television too close...hmm the last one is very bad

my eyes' minus at that time was low, about 3/4 or 1/2
but because of my shyness to wear glasses then I didn't wear it for  years
unfortunately,
the minus was increased gradually
slow but sure
in age of 12 , the minus is about 3 or 4, not so big, but my glasses is thick enough :(

until age of 19 (now)
my minus is reach 10 for right eye and 6 for left eye
well, exactly I don't wanna people knows about it,
but no need to hide it, right? sooner or later they will know
ooouch I forgot about cylinder, I also got it (borongan,hehe)
0,5 for R and 0,75 for L

can you imagine how big the number was?
please don't take it too much
you must be don't wanna wear a thick and heavy glasses like this:

yahh heavy enough for a "mini" nose like me (LOL)

so I tried to find alternative way to avoid this glasses
softlens?
previously, I always promise to my self
"I will never use softlens unless in special events, such as graduation and wedding"
but finally, my promise is broken
I was interested to use it because many friends of mine has been used it
and I see them feel comfort with it
of course, I envy!!

so I dare my self to buy it,
but before that as a good daughter I asked my mum and yippiee I got her permission

October 4th ,2010 I bought my very first softlense in ITC Cempaka Mas with my besties
yeaaah I'm so happy now I have my own softlens and ready to use it
2 days, 3 days...
I was still afraid to try it
it was sooooo hard to put the lens exactly on the black circle (lense) of my eyes (if not right in place, it will hurt your eye)
and then after minutes...yeay!! I did it :)

I encouraged my self to use softlens for the first time to go to campus
there, some of friends asked me why I didn't wear my glasses
and I made a joke that my eyes had a laser surgery so now I can see normally
and they believed me, hehe LOL
so sorry friends! ;p

one of my friend suggested me not to use softlens everyday, because from her experience it can caused addicted and also can increase minus after years

well, that was my experience about softlens
well I hope my eyes can be normal again by a laser surgery,
but it will take long time since the procedure is not easy
I wish it not just dream, guys :)
